FN’s Low-Profile Optics Mounting System solves a lot of fit problems—but only when the plate, insert, and screw set stay together as one exact stack.
The most important example is Vortex: the Venom and Viper share Plate 3 and insert 507, but FN assigns them different screw sets. A footprint label alone cannot tell you that.
