Who tested: Rokslide field eval (2024-03) — read the original write-up, which is the source of record. Who structured it: Optics Intel. We extract outcomes and cite; the testing labor is theirs.
Sample size: 1 (single serial number) — evidence about this unit, not a verdict on every unit shipped.
Stage-by-stage record
| Tracking / RTZ | Pass | RTZ clean; dial-up complicated by an ammo change and mirage — no numeric error stated |
|---|---|---|
| 18″ drops | Pass | first run shifted on the right 18″ at 18 in-lb; clean after re-torque |
| 36″ (single) | Pass | — |
| 3×36″ | Pass | — |
| Long-term | Not tested | — |
Mount setup
Rings/mount: Geissele Super Precision mount, degreased; re-torqued ~28 in-lb. Ring torque: 28 in-lb. Torque caveat: the source flags mount-torque questions for this eval — weigh the results accordingly.
Notes
First-run shift attributed by the source to mount torque; full repeat eval after re-torque was clean. Moved to an AR-15 for tracked use; no follow-up posted.
